SCHOLARSHIP BUS TRIP TO SCHULENBURG

This year we will be traveling to the quaint town of Schulenburg, Texas, to visit four of the beautiful Painted Churches in the area. These churches, built in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, have amazing decorative interiors with painted frescos along their ceilings and walls. That morning, our bus will transport us to Schulenburg, where we will meet our guide for a tour of two of the churches. We will then go to The Garden Company Café for lunch, a delightful period-looking farmhouse with a restaurant, marketplace and nursery for shopping and plant-purchasing! After that break, we will board our bus again and tour two more Painted Churches nearby with our guide. When our touring has ended, we will head back to Bryan. Please join us for this delightful time with our club members and their guests!
