Alcohol

Planning to serve alcohol at your event? You must use a licensed and insured bartending service. Security must be provided by BadgeHire. You must provide conformation of reservations form BadgeHire

Catering

Catering can be provided by the cater of your choice. Our Facility Manger will be happy to meet with them to go over the kitchen and The Woman’s Club catering rules.

Rates

A deposit of $500 secures your event date on The Woman’s Club calendar.  A deposit is required at the time of signing a rental agreement. Deposits are refunded within 30 days following the event if the rental agreements are meet, the club is left clean and without damage.

The rental rate is $1000 for a 4 hour minimum rental. Each additional hours is $200 per hour..

Events shall conclude by 11:00 p.m. The building shall be vacated by 12:00 midnight.

Rental includes the following amenities:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Commercial kitchen- use of refrigerator, freezer, ovens, stove top, and Ice machine
  • Stage with grand piano
  • Ballroom dance floor
  • Audio/Video equipment
  • Private room for meetings or bridal changing area
  • Set up and take down services
  • Facility Manager on premises
  • Convenient, lighted parking

Cancellation

Plans for your special event sometimes have to be changed and, whenever possible, we will accommodate a change in date. If you have the need to cancel your plans, we will refund your deposit, with written notice, 90 days or more before the event. If it is less than 90 days, your deposit is non-refundable.

The facility will accommodate 150 people seated for a meal, 150 seated in a seminar-type setting and approximately 225 people standing and mingling.

The Woman’s Club of Bryan–College Station is located at 1200 Carter Creek Parkway in Bryan, Texas. Located in a quiet, convenient residential neighborhood, the facility is ideal for your special event.

We have a large, lighted parking area that can accommodate approximately over 85 parking spaces.
